De nouveaux pilotes graphiques Intel sont disponibles en téléchargement, les Arc & Iris Xe Graphics Driver 31.0.101.4885. En version bêta ils apportent des optimisations pour plusieurs jeux. Nous avons également quelques correctifs de bugs.
Intel est à l’origine de nouveaux drivers graphiques. Proposés pour le moment en version bêta, ces Arc & Iris Xe Graphics Driver 31.0.101.4885 déploient des environnements optimisés pour « Assassin’s Creed Mirage » et « Forza Motorsport ». Quelques chiffres sont avancés comme un boost des performances allant jusqu’à 19% en 1440p sous « Forza Motorsport » avec des paramètres élevés ; et jusqu’à 27% en 1080p en High + Ray Tracing pour « Resident Evil 4 » et jusqu’à 12% en 1080p avec les paramètres Ultra pour « The Last of Us Part 1 ».
Ces pilotes s’attaquent également à un certain nombre de défaillances dont le plantage de l’application d’EA FC 24. En parallèle les problèmes de corruption de modèle/personnage dans « Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection » sont résolus tout comme les soucis d’instabilité avec « Starfield ». Intel évoque aussi la correction d’un bug d’affichage / couleur dans « Dying Light 2: Stay Human » et la résolution du problème de plantage de « Fortnite » si l’option Global Illumination est réglée sur « epic ». A tout ceci s’ajoute des correctifs pour Adobe After Effects (plantage lors de rendus) et la fréquence GPU des cartes série A d’Arc qui affiche une valeur plus élevée que prévue.

- Starfield (DX12) may experience sporadic instability in some areas of the game.
- Dying Light 2 Stay Human (DX12) may exhibit color corruption during gameplay.
- Fortnite (DX12) may experience application crash when Global Illumination setting is set to Lumen Epic.
- Adobe After Effects may experience an application crash during render operations.
- Some Intel Arc A-Series Graphics notebooks may incorrectly report a higher value than expected for default clock frequency value.
Known Issues
Intel Arc Graphics Products:
- Starfield (DX12) may exhibit corruption when using Dynamic Resolution Scaling. A workaround is to change
- the Render Resolution Scale slider value.
- Starfield (DX12) may exhibit texture corruptions on certain objects and light sources during gameplay.
- Minecraft (DX12) may exhibit color corruptions in night scenes when ray tracing setting is on.
- Halo Infinite (DX12) campaign may experience an application crash on some system configurations.
- Dead by Daylight (DX11) may experience an application crash during gameplay.
- Topaz Video AI may experience errors when using some models for video enhancement.
Intel Iris Xe MAX Graphics Products:
- Driver installation may not complete successfully on certain notebook systems with both Intel Iris Xe + Iris Xe MAX devices. A system reboot and re-installation of the graphics driver may be required for successful installation.
Intel Arc Control Known Issues
- Using Arc Control Studio capture with certain games may incorrectly generate multiple video files.
- The “Connector” type in the Display page may incorrectly show DP when using an HDMI display connection.
- May observe “stream has already ended” pop-up after the power events with Capture/Highlights/Broadcast toggle on.
- Arc Control may not retain overall application settings in Overlay mode after system reboot. A workaround is to use Desktop mode of Arc Control.
Intel Arc Control Performance Tuning (BETA):
- Intel Arc Control Performance Tuning is currently in Beta. As such, performance and features may behave unexpectedly. Intel will continue to refine the Performance Tuning software in future releases.
