Du Game On pour Battlefield 6 et Mafia: The Old Country
Intel propose de nouveaux drivers graphiques, les Arc & Iris Xe Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6987 WHQL. Ils introduisent du Game On pour deux titres attendus : Battlefield 6 Open Beta et Mafia: The Old Country.
Ces pilotes visent différents GOU dont les Arc B-series, qui bénéficient d’un boost de performances sous l’API Vulkan pour Doom: The Dark Ages, le nouveau monstre infernal d’id Software. De quoi donner un coup de fouet.
En parallèle les utilisateurs de machines équipées des Core Ultra (1re et 2e génération) avec un GPU Arc intégré profitent d’une fonction de contrôle avancé de la mémoire GPU partagée. C’est une première qui devrait permettre des profils d’optimisation plus fins dans les jeux et les applications lourdes, surtout sur Windows 10 et 11.
Enfin les processeurs Arrow Lake H (Core Ultra série 200V) profitent d’améliorations de la gestion d’alimentation, censées rendre les performances plus stables en mode basse conso.
Bugs corrigés et ceux qui restent…
Côté correctifs, cette version règle un crash frustrant dans Naraka: Bladepoint lorsque la technologie XeSS était activée sur les GPU Arc B-series. Une seule correction, mais elle cible un problème critique pour les utilisateurs concernés.
Malheureusement, plusieurs problèmes connus persistent sur des jeux populaires comme Fortnite, Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, Black Ops 6, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, PEAK et même Mafia: The Old Country (pourtant nouvellement supporté par Game On).

- Visual corruptions may appear in certain scenarios with multiple application interactions.
- PEAK (DX12)* may experience an application crash while launching gameplay. Recommendation: Launch with the Vulkan rendering API.
- Broken Arrow (DX11)* may experience lower than expected performance after changing graphics settings.
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (DX12)* may exhibit corruptions on water areas in certain scenarios.
- Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 (DX12)* may exhibit corruptions on water areas in certain scenarios.
- PugetBench for Davinci Resolve Studio may experience an application crash while running the benchmark.

- Mafia: The Old Country (DX12) may exhibit corruptions on character hair during gameplay.
- Broken Arrow (DX11) may experience lower than expected performance after changing graphics settings.
- Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 (DX12) may experience an application crash with ray tracing and XeSS enabled.
- PugetBench for Davinci Resolve Studio may experience an application crash while running the benchmark.
Intel Core Ultra Series 1 with built-in Intel Arc GPUs:
- PugetBench for Davinci Resolve Studio may experience errors intermittently with benchmark preset set to Extended.
Intel Core Ultra Series 2 with built-in Intel Arc GPUs:

Intel Graphics Software Known Issues:
- When using the Settings > Preferences > Reset all settings option in Windows 10, the application may experience an intermittent crash.
- Settings can be reset from individual pages without issue.
- Intel Graphics Software may sometimes experience a single application crash on the first re-arrange of metrics within the Select Metrics window.
- Subsequent usage will not be affected by this crash again.
- Enhanced Power Savings option may not be available on the Display page for certain systems with Built-in Intel Graphics.
Intel Graphics Software Performance Tuning (BETA):
- Intel Graphics Software Performance Tuning is currently in Beta. As such, performance and features may behave unexpectedly. Intel will continue to refine the Performance Tuning software in future releases.
- In multi-GPU scenarios with two performance tuning capable devices, the performance tuning page may attempt to apply changes to one or more devices at once rather than individually based on the GPU selector.
