AMD vient de publier les Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 18.9.2. Ces nouveaux pilotes proposent des corrections de bugs et améliorent les performances sous plusieurs jeux.
Disponibles en téléchargement, ces Radeon Software Adrenalin Edition 18.9.2 corrigent un souci de corruption de particules avec certaines textures cloud du titre Star Control: Origins.
AMD met en avant de multiples optimisations de performances pour la Radeon RX Vega 64. Il est promis un +3% sous F1 2018, +5% sous Fortnite, +4% sous Shadow of the Tomb Raider ou encore +17% sous Star Control : Origins.
Ces drivers ne sont cependant pas parfaits. Des problèmes connus et non corrigés sont annoncés. Ils concernent les processeurs Ryzen Desktop épaulés d’une cartes graphiques Radeon Vega, la fréquence mémoire de la Radeon RX Vega au repos et les configurations avec plus de 16 GPU.
Ces pilotes sont disponibles pour les environnements Windows 7 et 10 en version 32 ou 64 bits. Windows 8.1 n’est plus pris en charge.
Pour l’installation, il suffit de récupérer l’archive correspondante à votre configuration puis de l’exécuter. Ensuite suivez les différentes étapes à l’écran. Une fois le processus terminé, un redémarrage du PC est conseillé pour que les changements prennent effets.

Fixed Issues:
Star Control: Origins may experience particle corruption on some cloud textures
Known Issues:
- Some AMD Ryzen Desktop Processors with Radeon Vega Graphics system configurations may experience a black screen during installation downgrade to a previous Radeon Software version. A recommended workaround is to perform a clean install during Radeon Software installation.
- Radeon RX Vega Series graphics products may experience elevated memory clocks during system idle.
- System configurations with 16+ CPU cores may experience a random system reboot during installation when upgrading Radeon Software from a version older than RSAE 18.8.1. A clean installation is recommended when performing this Radeon Software upgrade.
